EPS Ground-works Blocks

As a groundwork material, EPS has a range of advantages over traditional materials.

EPS block densities are easily changed during the production process – this is generally specified by the engineer – and are relative to the required application (void fillers, retaining walls, foundations, embankments, etc...)

When you need gabions, piles or recycled railway ties, consider using EPS for the ground-works from performance, cost, and sustainability criteria.

EPS Footing Form

A quick and easy EPS foundation form. Available in variable sizes which are chosen according to specific project needs.

EPS Hard-Core Replacement

EPS panels are a cost–effective way of replacing conventional hardcore in ground floors. The benefits are amazing.

EPS Cold Storage Floor (Ground)

ICF buildings are used for many industrial, commercial and agricultural applications, such as cold storage or movement of heavy machinery.

These types of buildings require a flooring insulation which ensures that the temperature can be maintained at a predetermined level while taking uneven and often massive loads.

As EPS is available in a variety of densities, with different compressive strengths, floor slabs are perfect for a range of industrial applications.

EPS Block Sub-Floor

These EPS blocks are laid into channels formed by pre–cast, pre–stressed, concrete inverted T–beams.

EPS provides insulation levels which comply with, and often exceed, the new Part L of Building Regulations (England & Wales) and for Scotland, Section 6 (previously Part J).
